It is necessary to use amino surfactant as the main cleansing facial cleanser before it can be called amino acid facial cleanser.

We have warehouse and shipping service providers located in USA. For USA domestic orders, we have several different shipping methods you can select when you place order online.

The item I received is faulty/defective.

- When your return request approved, we will email you a prepaid digital shipping label. Please print it out and affix it to the package , and drop off to the shipping company. Or you can go to the shipping company's office and show them the digital shipping label and ask them to print it.
